This Shipping Policy describes how physical products ordered through the MIKERO store are processed and delivered.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within India and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time. Shipping availability may expand as the store grows.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during sales events, product launches, or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value during promotional periods.
Delivery Time
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. International orders may take 10-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either reship or refund your order.
